This site intended as the gateway to the Montana Tech Department of Computer Science web resources and also provides links to Montana Tech information for future and current students, alumni, giving, and career services in the Montana Tech Links side bar menu.

The links from our home page are grouped into banner menu links and side bar menu links. The banner menu links are:

  • Home – Provides information on the department and avenues to contact us.
  • Prospective Students – Provides information of value to students considering attending. This includes information on degrees and options offered by the department, student life, scholarships, placement, and a form to contact us for more information.
  • Current Students – Provides information of value to current students. This includes information on the ACM Club, tutor hours, scholarships, internship opportunities, downloadable software, tutorials and references, and other information current students will likely need to access.
  • Faculty – Provides information of use to current faculty.
  • Alumni – Provides information and links for use by our alumni.

The Department heading contains links for general information on the department (About Us), Degrees and Options, Faculty and Staff, our Industry Advisory Board, ABET Accreditation, current and past Projects, current and past Student Internships, and department News.

The Resources heading contains links for data about the department including Courses, Enrollment Data, Placement Data, Assessment Data, Computing Facilities, Industry Advisory Board Minutes, and Accreditation History.

The Policies heading contains links for our policies on Acceptable Use of computing resources, Academic Honesty, Coding Guidelines, and Software Engineering Standards.

Finally, the Montana Tech heading contains links to the Montana Tech web site that are not designed or maintained by the Department of Computer Science.
