The mission of the Montana Tech Department of Computer Science is to prepare its graduates for life-long success in top-tier industry or government positions, or for immediate academic success in top-tier graduate schools of computer science or software engineering.

CS Mission Statement
Our program prepares students to create innovative software solutions. Our graduates positively influence how computer software affects society and carry on our institution's tradition of excellence.
